Manama, January 28, 2014. Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received the Chairman of Abu Ghazaleh Group also the Chairman of the Arab States Research and Education Network (ASREN).
Abu Ghazaleh briefed His Highness on the proposed Bahrain Education and Research Network aimed to ensure information linking between various educational and academic research institutions. The proposed network would be connected with the Arab Research and Education Network in order to boost the exchanging of knowledge and data between research centres and educational institutions all over the world.
HH the Deputy Prime Minister welcomed the concept and said such projects would develop education and training and would be submitted to the relevant bodies for consideration, studying and issuance of suitable decisions in this regards. His Highness praised the role of Talal Abu Ghazaleh Group citing the Group’s provision of professional accountancy, administrative, educational and technological consultancy services.
Abu Ghazaleh thanked HH the Deputy Prime Minister for his diligence on developing education and training in Bahrain, lauding his attentiveness to developing various educational programs and policies as per modern international techniques as well as his belief in the importance of building an educated generation capable of successfully serving their homeland and community.
