My name is Cheikh Saliou Mbacke Babou. I am a Ph. D. student in 2nd year in computer science with the speciality Networks and Telecommunication Service at Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar where I carried out all my university studies. First, I did my first two years in physics chemistry science of matter. Then, I had at this same university my bachelor’s degree in computer science. Subsequently, I had my master's degree in computer science specializing in networks and telecoms service. Also as a publication, I had to make one, on the occasion of the 2nd international conference called EDGE2018 held in the United States from June 25 to 30, 2018. I got the best paper awards at this conference.

My topic is focused on the hierarchical method of resource allocation in cloud systems.
