Farès Boubakour is currently a Professor at the School of Commercial High Studies, Algiers (HEC, Alger). He has been teacher- researcher at the University of Batna (Algeria) for more than 25 years. He is a former Dean of the Faculty of Economics. He is also former Director of the Management-Transport-Logistics Research Laboratory (University of Batna). He has piloted numerous national and international research projects in the field of transport. In recent years, he is developing research in the field of mobility and intelligent transport systems (ICT-based) as an innovative solution to transport issues.
