Ibrahim Fathy Moawad is a full professor of Artificial Intelligence at Ain Shams University, Egypt. He also is the director of the Electronic and Knowledge Services Center, Supreme Council of Universities, Egypt. Prof. Moawad is the secretary of the Information Technology Sector Committee, Supreme Council of Universities, Egypt. He got his Ph.D., M.Sc. and B.Sc in 2005, 2000 and 1995 respectively. He has published more than 100 academic and technical articles. He is a referee for many international journals and conferences. He is the author of the "A Framework for Multi-Agent Diagnosis System: Argumentation-based Negotiation Technique for Belief Conflict Resolution" book. He was the principle investigator of Ain Shams university for the international BioDialog project with Jena university – Germany, Assuit university - Egypt, and Safex university – Tunisia, the project was funded by the DAAD organization in three phases: preparatory phase (2015), second phase (2016 – 2017), and final phase (2018).
