Dr. Ibrahim Fathy Moawad is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, Ain Shams University, Egypt. He is interested in Biodiversity Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, and Information Retrieval research areas. He is the principle investigator of Ain Shams university for BioDialog project in collaboration with Assuit university - Egypt,  Safex university – Tunisia, and Jena university -Germany. This project aims to advance both biodiversity and biodiversity informatics in the three countries: German, Egypt, and Tunisia. He is a referee for a set of international journals and conferences. He has published more than 40 papers in both international journals and conferences. He is the author of the "A Framework for Multi-Agent Diagnosis System: Argumentation-based Negotiation Technique for Belief Conflict Resolution" book.
