Nagib Ghaleb is Assistant Professor in water supply and environmental engineering in the Civil Engineering department, University of Bahrain.

Nagib Ghaleb was born in Yemen, on 30 July 1969. He got PhD from Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland in January 2005 and graduated from Warsaw University of Technology.

After receiving his PhD, he assigned at University of Science and Technology in Sanaa, Yemen as Assistant Professor.

In February 2006 he assigned as a head of civil engineering department and on March 2008, as a Vice dean of collage of engineering.

In Jan. 2011, Nagib got a higher diploma in Developing Educational Proficiency from Teaching and Learning Center, UST, Yemen.

In July 2012, he got a degree of Associate Professor in Water and Environment.

Nagib has published many papers on water supply and environmental engineering in the local and international journals and has participated in many international and local conferences in Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, Poland, Bahrain, Egypt and Yemen

Beside his academic work in the university, he worked for 8 years as consultant engineer in Ministry of Education in Sana’a, Social Fund for Development and was general supervisor on Asian office for general contracting.

Nagib has been in his current position as Assistant Professor since September 2013.
