Luiz Ary Messina, Dr.Ing.Dipl.Inform, is an Electronic Engineer, Master in Database (Unicamp), PhD in Computer Graphics in Germany, where he was assistant professor. In 2006, starts the national coordination of RUTE the Brazilian Telemedicine University Network at the National Research and Education Network RNP. Today he is also President of the Brazilian Association of Telemedicine and Telehealth ABTms 2020-2021.
Abstract: “Constructing Health Collaborative Network for Knowledge Dissemination”
RUTE the Brazilian Telemedicine University Network has served since 2006 as a health collaborative network, including 140 University and Teaching Hospitals promoting 50 Special Interest Groups in health specialties and sub-specialties with 2 to 3 scientifc virtual sessions everyday. 15 years of experience has led to a consolidation of virtual activities which were crucial as the pandemic and its teleassistance demands took hold.
