Bio: Andrea Livatino, Enterprise and ICT Sales, Telecom Italia Sparkle, Italy
After the brief experience as a Software Engineer in Ibm, he was in Telecom Italia Group since 1997 where he worked until 2015 in the Information Technology department as a Design Engineer. He had been involved in hardware, software and network big projects with management and team responsibility roles. In 2009 he started the TIM Cloud experience launching the first business Cloud product: Ospit@ Virtuale opening, from a technical point of view, the TIM Nuvola Cloud Portfolio. The first commercial experience in Sparkle as a Cloud Marketing Director, leveraging on his technical background, with the aim to expand the TIM Cloud paradigm toward the International market. Since 2017 he worked in the Sales team to promote and improve the Cloud adoption within the Education and the Research field. Today he is the Sparkle’s Cloud Sales Director with the responsibility of selling the Cloud products to the Enterprise Market.

Sparkle starting like a Telco provider decided to enrich its portfolio with Cloud solutions for giving its customers the possibility to leverage on the best in class products in terms of connectivity and IT solutions for their Digital Transformation. Since 2017 it is collaborating with the GEANT Community empowering the digital capabilities of the Research & Education entities and helping them to obtain and finalize the funds coming from the European Union.
